[CSHSC] 4x16 Linchpin

El caso: Nos habíamos quedado con Beckett y Castle hundiéndose en el Hudson, coche incluido, mientras intentaban pillar al agente de la CIA fugado, Thomas Gage para impedir que este diera con el detonante que haría que los EEUU se fueran a la mierda. ¿Pero qué o quién es el detonante de todo este lío?

Trama secundaria: No hay mucho que decir cuando tenemos entre manos un episodio doble. Alexis sigue en la morgue teniendo dial express al marujeo vario de la comisaría. De momento se acaba de enterar que su padre se acostó con la tía de la CIA que ha visto antes.

Miscelánea:

-Vale que es una serie, pero aún no me explico como Castle ha podido salir del coche.

-Sophia enseña una página del cómic Deadly Storm para ver si se parece a Clara Strike. Va y abre justo la página más spoileante, donde la matan de un disparo ¡Muy bien! (Si no habéis leído el cómic, os acabo de respoilear, lo siento...)

-Beckett tiene que tomar prestado el coche de Ryan porque no le darán otro hasta que haga un informe del incidente, y como es un caso clasificado no puede.

-Según Blakely, en agosto de 2017 los Estado Unidos se rendirán en la III Guerra Mundial.

-En una de las pantallas de ordenador de la CIA sale el mapa de España. ¿Nos estarán investigando? [Sale en la escena eliminada]

-Sophia deja ir una perla sobre el padre de Castle. Diciendo que es gracias a él que tuvo acceso en la CIA en su momento. ¿Será el padre de Castle un agente de la CIA o un tipo muy poderoso?

-SPOILER. ¡Sophia es una espía rusa!

*Hay una escena eliminada en la que Beckett y Castle hablan sobre qué hubiera pasado si no se hubiesen conocido, si serían las mismas personas. Hay mucho texto entre líneas y aunque la escena es buena, yo no la hubiera puesto en este capítulo, así que no me importa que no esté.

Castle: I guess the good thing about having your daughter at crime scenes is that she can bring you dry clothes.

Beckett: So you slept with her?
Castle: Yea, yeah I slept with her.
Beckett: Have there been others? Muses?
Castle: No.
Beckett: Just wanted to see how big the club was.

Castle: That whole sinking car thing is much cooler in movies than in real life.

Beckett: There is no big deal. Sleep with whomever you want, the more the merrier.

Esposito: I was Special Forces. I used to eat classified for breakfast and writer boy can know?

Castle: How did you get here?
Sophia: I'm CIA.

Castle: I thought you were the bad guy?
Gage: If I were the bad guy, you would be dead by now.

Sophia: Your father will be very proud.
Castle: My father?
Sophia: Well, you don’t think you gained special access to the CIA back then because of your charm. You really don’t know, do you? I guess you never will.

Beckett: Must be tough, finding out that she’s a traitor, especially after you based Clara Strike on her and all.
Castle: Hmm. Well…Clara started off as Sophia, but…she ended up being more like you, you know—smart, fierce, kind. I think that’s one of the reasons I was drawn to you…as a muse. You think Dr. Blakeley was right…about the linchpin? Do you think we actually saved the world?
Beckett: I think that we saved a little girl’s life, and that’s enough for me.
